If available, please provide floor plans and images of the space. Usually, we can prepare a proposal based on this information, but sometimes a walk-through may be needed, which we can facilitate.
Proposal
Upon receiving all necessary information or completing a walk-through of your commercial space, we will draft a proposal outlining the scope of work, project cost, and specified timeline. Once the proposal is finalized, it will be emailed to you and any relevant members of your organization for review.
Planning
After your team has reviewed the proposal and determined that it meets your requirements, we will start the planning phase for your commercial property clean-out project.
